As President of Life Sciences and Healthcare, Claudia Roa is responsible for driving growth and developing sector strategy, enabling and driving the development of best-fit end-to-end innovative solutions on a global scale. She is a member of the Customer Solutions & Innovation Senior Management Team, heads the DHL Customer Advisory Board and is a member of the DHL Life Sciences & Healthcare Global Board.

Claudia is a supply chain professional with over 35 years of experience. She started her career working for AEI/Florcarga in Colombia. After the acquisition of the company by DPDHL, Claudia relocated from Colombia to the USA in 2003. Since then, she has held various leadership positions across several sectors. Since 2017 she led the Life Sciences & Healthcare sector in the Americas region moving then to her current global role in July 2021. She holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering from Universidad Javeriana of Bogota, Colombia. Claudia resides in Miami, FL with her family.
