Joice Ozaki is a Senior Product Manager at PLAIO, where she leads product strategy for an AI-powered supply chain planning platform with a focus on the pharma industry. She brings expertise in digital strategy, UX/UI design, and product development to help transform how pharma companies manage demand forecasting, supply planning, and production scheduling. With over 20 years of experience in the tech industry, Joice began her career as a Web Designer before developing a deep specialization in UX and Product Management. Prior to joining PLAIO, she served as VP of Product at Controlant, a company recognized for its cold-chain supply visibility solutions for the pharmaceutical industry. She has also held leadership positions at Paramount’s Nickelodeon and Trackwell, consistently driving customer-centric innovation. In 2023, Joice was named an Icelandic National Finalist for Innovator of the Year at the Nordic Women in Tech Awards, recognizing her contributions to technology innovation in the region. Joice holds a BFA from Virginia Commonwealth University and an MFA from the California Institute of the Arts.
