Studied Industrial Engineering at Hogeschool Midden Brabant (Institute for Advanced Technologies) in Tilburg. Began a professional career in Indonesia, working for PT Sansico Utama Indonesia and PT Mattel Indonesia, followed by a role as Supply Chain Director Asia at Mattel South East Asia in Hong Kong. Subsequently returned to the Netherlands and spent nearly 20 years at Bausch + Lomb, holding various Supply Chain leadership roles across the EMEA region. Since 2023, serving as Senior Vice President and Head of Technical Operations at Shionogi Europe. Married with two children. In parallel with a professional career, completed seven years of part-time theological studies and was ordained in 2023 as a permanent deacon in the Catholic Church.
