Peter Korte is Vice-President of the Health Logistics operations at DHL Supply Chain Benelux. With over 25 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management and end to end healthcare distribution, he is dedicated to building resilient, patient centric supply chains that deliver measurable value for pharmaceutical and medical device customers.

Peter has led multi country organizations and a diverse portfolio of customers. He has guided the business through a significant transformation, including the redevelopment of seven key logistics sites and the launch of new service models such as international Order to Cash and enhanced GMP compliant solutions. Under his leadership, the business unit has achieved a remarkable 100 point increase in customer Net Promoter Score, reflecting a strong culture of operational excellence and partnership.

Throughout his career at DHL Supply Chain, Peter has held leadership roles spanning general management, regional cluster oversight, operations, and commercial accountability. His background includes senior roles in both Life Sciences & Healthcare and Consumer & Retail sectors, as well as European account management for major healthcare customers. Prior to DHL, he held operational leadership roles at Lekkerland Netherlands and XPO Logistics, building a strong foundation in multi temperature distribution, high value goods management, and process optimization.
