Elena Mishina is a Supply chain expert with 20+ years’ experience in Biotech/Pharma/Medical Devices/FMCG global companies. Elena is passionate to serve patients by managing third parties logistic service providers, pursuing continuous improvements and building a highly effective team. Elena is currently the Global Transportation Excellence Lead for EMEA & JAPAC region in Amgen, where she is responsible for transportation service providers oversight, covering both Commercial and Clinical lanes, including Cold chain management and Productivity initiatives. Prior to this, she was a Regional End-to-End Supply chain lead for Russia and CIS. Before joining Amgen, Elena worked for Baxter for 7.5 years with increasing responsibility. In her last role there she managed the Central Europe region (19 countries) as an Operations manager. She holds a Master Degree in Chemical Engineering.
