He has expertise in international regulations and standards of quality, safety, sustainability, ensuring product integrity and patient safety, cold-chain management and pandemic response, and is a respected advocate for anti-counterfeiting and brand protection. Brett cultivates a strong organizational culture defining clear purpose, setting strategic objectives and performance management techniques. He is experienced in cross-cultural leadership, process management, and regulatory standards. He has lived in Australia, Indonesia, Thailand, Philippines, Bangladesh, and Singapore.
