Wolfram Koester

Wolfram Koester is Partner at PwC Switzerland with a focus on supply chain & operations. Wolfram has more than 20 years of functional expertise in designing and implementing supply chain concepts and has been working with a number of large pharma companies globally. He has deep experience in large scale business and IT transformation programs and filled roles ranging from Subject Matter Expert to Global Program Manager. He is expert in the definition of global S&OP / IBP processes, SCM envisioning, SC performance metrics, SCM performance assessments, and transformation roadmaps. Also, he has significant experience in deals related transactions and has supported several global pharma companies in achieving business objectives, both for separation and integration. Originally from Germany, he has been living in countries across 4 continents before he moved to Switzerland 16 years ago. Wolfram holds a master’s degree in Economics from the University of Sydney.
