Wolfram is a partner at PwC Switzerland with a focus on supply chain & operations with more than 25 years of functional expertise in designing and implementing supply chain concepts. He has been able to gain deep expertise in large scale business and IT transformation projects. His expertise lies specifically in the definition of supply chain operating models, global S&OP / IBP processes, broader SCM envisioning, SC performance metrics, SCM performance assessments, and transformation roadmaps. Throughout his career he has also supported a number of global pharma companies in achieving business objectives relating to M&A activities, both for separation and integration.
