Damon Reid

Damon Reid is currently the Supply Chain & Logistics, Global Head of Performance and Innovation at Zoetis. Key responsibilities in this role include ownership of the Project Management Office, Master Data Governance, Work Process Improvement and Technical Communities of Practice.  With over 15 years’ experience in a variety of supply chain roles, in fields including Strategy, Process Improvement, Program Management, Engineering, and Operations. Coupled with this practical experience is a combination of advanced studies in Supply Chain Management, Computer Science, Lean Management, and Six Sigma Process Improvement. Responsible for designing, implementing and sustaining multiple large-scale transformation programs in the areas of Operations, Engineering, Supply Planning, Continuous Improvement and Strategy Development and Deployment. Currently running the “self-driving supply chain” program for Zoetis SCL. An effective communicator, team leader, and mentor, a creative problem-solver who consistently applies a structured loss elimination approach.
