Peter Martens is a Principal at AIM with over 10 years of experience in life sciences and consulting. His core expertise includes global supply chain operations, order-to-cash processes, and cold chain distribution. Prior to AIM, he progressed through key roles at global companies like Amgen and Abbott, where he managed European supply chain operations, oversaw outsourced logistics networks, and spearheaded order-to-cash digitization efforts. Peter brings extensive project experience in supply chain strategy, partner selection (CMO, 3PL, Wholesaler), interim management, and process and organizational development across the pharma, biotech, and cell & gene sectors. He holds a Master’s degree in Supply Chain and Operations Management from Tilburg University in the Netherlands.
