Manik Sharma is vice president of industry strategy and innovation at Kinaxis. He supports global field teams throughout the sales and implementation lifecycle. He works with existing customers in benchmarking, driving increased value and improving customer satisfaction. His responsibilities also include driving solution and operational innovation at customer accounts to support strategic initiatives to grow the Kinaxis RapidResponse footprint. 

Manik joined Kinaxis in the Fall of 2012, bringing over 15 years of experience in the industry. He displays vision-driven client management leadership with an exemplary record in the development and delivery of leading edge supply chain processes and applications to meet challenging business demands. Manik came to Kinaxis after spending twelve years in solution selling and consulting positions with JDA /i2. During this time, he worked with many industry leading companies helping architect supply chain transformation processes. Previous to i2, he worked for Tata Steel in managing manufacturing operations.  Manik holds a double Masters' degree in Engineering Mechanics and Computer Information Science. He has a research thesis with the NASA Microgravity program.
