Joep Lambrichts

Joep Lambrichts is the Head of Value Chain Excellence at Janssen Supply Chain in Johnson & Johnson, located in Switzerland. In his current role he oversees e2e supply chain performance management, SC reliability, SC resilience, the value chain management processes and the digitalization of the e2e supply chain design and optimization process. He previously led Global Plan Excellence for J&J Consumer (now Kenvue). Before moving to Switzerland, Joep worked for different Medical Devices businesses in J&J in locations in Europe, US and Asia where he led regional and global planning teams. Joep has been part of different commercial boards and SC leadership teams. Before joining J&J, Joep worked as a management consultant for KPMG, specializing in end-to-end supply chain optimization and planning.
