Ingrid Marchal-Gerez

Ingrid Marchal-Gerez leads the EMEA cell therapy commercial operations organisation at Johnson & Johnson. In the past 4 years, she has been setting up new commercial capabilities for cell therapy, enabling new roles, processes, and platforms, in close collaboration with supply chain. Ingrid joined J&J in 2013 and initially worked in the digital health space and in healthcare solutions, leading the design and delivery of innovative solutions to empower and support patients in various disease areas including oncology, psychiatry, metabolic diseases, and surgery. Prior to J&J, Ingrid had a 10-year career as an entrepreneur and business developer in industrial biotechnology, supporting industries to innovate and improve biological processes. Ingrid has a PhD in biochemistry from the University of Lille, France, and an MBA from London Business School. She is a mother of two and keen runner.
