Christian has more than 15 years of Automotive experience holding various operational roles including plant management, supply chain management and lean/ six sigma deployment for major automotive suppliers in different cultures. Since moving to Staedler he has been tasked with driving lean transformation on a global scale, building a technology roadmap for MES, industry 4.0 and the digital factory, and developed an opex roadmap for manufacturing and supply chain.
