Ada Pálmadóttir, MPharm, MBA, is Director of Pharmaceutical Validation and Compliance at Controlant and has more than 20 years of experience in pharmacy, management, supply chain, and technology. She has extensive international experience in sales, operations, and marketing—specifically regarding product, vertical alliance sales, and partnerships related to pharmaceuticals. Ada applies her deep expertise to her customers and assists top global pharmaceutical manufacturers roll out supply chain visibility solutions. She helps minimize time spent on change control and validation, ensures product quality and safety, and saves her clients millions of dollars every year. Ada is also a licensed and experienced pharmacist and earned a Master of Pharmacy from the University of Iceland and a Master of Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Management in Oslo. In an effort to continue to educate the marketplace, Ada has authored several articles for various trade publications and spoken at many conferences.
