Following two years of upheaval due to Covid-19, which are the biggest goals for you in your role currently?

The biggest goals in my role currently are rethinking supply chain design and sourcing for key products, to build higher resilience and increase supply security.

What is your primary challenge in building the supply chain of the future?

The primary challenge is definitely component availability, global sourcing constraints, and rising manufacturing costs.

What are you most looking forward to at LogiPharma 2022?
