Virginia Addicott is president and CEO of FedEx Custom Critical®, a leading North American expedited freight carrier located in Green, Ohio. The company provides 24/7 service throughout the United States, Canada and internationally, delivering hundreds of thousands of critical shipments each year. Addicott joined FedEx Custom Critical in 1986 and quickly worked her way up the ranks, holding director positions in various departments where she placed a strong focus on organizational culture, customer satisfaction and developing people.
