Thomas is leading the development and growth of Xelia Pharmaceuticals US Commercial Operations consisting of market access, contracting, pricing, sales operations, new product launches and customer planning and logistics activities. This includes developing short and long-term business execution and strategies to support revenue and share growth by maximizing a strong existing portfolio and accelerating upcoming new product launches. Prior to Xelia he spent 15 years at Pfizer and 7 years at Heineken.
