Robert is leading strategic initiatives in end-to-end Supply Chain across the corporation, in support of Amgen Operations strategic framework of Reliability, Efficiency, Agility and Differentiation. Major initiatives include a digital transformation; leverage data and advanced analytics to build capabilities that drive transparency, agility and efficiency, as well as leading the logistics work stream across functional silos, business units, P&Ls. Here he is driving and implement a logistics strategy designed to transform logistics for the producer over the next 5-10 years. RJ has been with Amgen for over 13 years and worked in supply chain and operations for Samsung before this.
