Paul has over 25-years experience in the pharma,  life sciences,  and consumer healthcare industries both in-house and consulting.  He has worked across the entire supply chain from procurement through manufacturing to distribution where he has used his LeanSigma Master Blackbelt and Target Operating Model development skills to help companies transform their organisations. His real passion lies at the intersection of People / Process / Technology enabling clients to align their resources behind a common strategy to implement innovative solutions that add real value to patients,  consumers,  and the organisation.
