Since mid-2015, Ludovic Ménédème has joined the UCB Global Supply Chain Leadership Team as Head of Global Distribution, Customer service and Commercial relationships. His more than 20 years of experience in Leadership and Supply chain management, mainly at BAXTER then at ZOETIS, are in the areas of warehousing and transportation, distribution processes and governance, logistics vendors and key account management, cost and profitability analysis, network design, demand and forecasting, production planning, S&OP and finally on working capital and inventory management. He has been several times awarded by the Industry for recognized achievements in project management, supply chain team management, environmental health & safety and innovation in transport and logistics. Ludovic holds an MBA in Industrial Management and an Engineering degree in electro-mechanics. Current focus: Open for business collaboration (combined/integrated supply chain effectiveness) and always looking to improve/develop processes with logistics providers and Customers.
