Henry Ames

Henry Ames serves as the General Manager for Sensitech’s Life Sciences division.  He is responsible for corporate strategy, business development, strategic marketing and sales.  Prior to Sensitech, he was a principal at Megunticook Management, a venture capital firm in Boston with $150 million under management and investments in promising communications, media, and technology companies.

Ames earned an MBA from the F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College, and a double major in Business Management and Entrepreneurship from Florida State University.  He serves on the Board of Overseers of the Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (BIDMC), Boston, MA and has served on both the Committee for Patient Care Safety and Community Benefits Committee.  He is a member of the Parenteral Drug Association (PDA) and sits on the International Air Transport Association’s (IATA) Time and Temperature Task Force (TTTF).
