Hans joined Boston Scientific in 1997, first as operations manager, developing into a director role for the site in Beek, The Netherlands. He initiated the construction of a completely new site in the Netherlands, 25000 m2 with shipping of 4200 orders per day, all over the world, with less invasive medical devices to all major hospitals. Promoted to Vice President Operations in 2006, managing all distribution outside the US. Acts as a managing director for the legal entity of Boston Scientific in the Netherlands. In 2013 promoted to Vice President Supply Chain Europe. Finished a second masters in Executive Leadership and Change.
