David Pignolet

David Pignolet is Vice President, Global Shared Services at Bristol Myers Squibb. David brings about 40 years of global finance and operations experience setting up Shared Service Centres and Central Logistics Operations. David is leading a global integration project, implementing a revised workflow to store, release, distribute and invoice Products, under the umbrella of a Legal Entity Rationalization. David joined Celgene (a BMS company) in 2006 and built the Finance organization to support the International deployment of Celgene. He implemented the Finance Shared Service Centre handling all accounting and compliance transactions for all legal entities, initially in Europe and Asia followed by a further implementation in Americas in 2012. Prior to Celgene, David held various Finance & Accounting leadership positions at Ernst & Young, Logitech, Autodesk as well as being an independent consultant to support the implementation/extension of an International footprint for global companies. David was actively involved in the Swiss academic for qualified accountants through teaching and acting as lecturer in the Swiss Federal exam for over 20 years.
