Andy Speck

Andy is a Director in PwC’s DS&O Consulting practice with over 20 years experience of leading Carve Outs, Integrations and technology enabled transformation programmes across all stages of the deal lifecycle from the creation of strategy and production of business cases to implementation and benefits realisation.  A specialist in bridging the gap between the business and technology, engaging with senior management and leading teams to pragmatically deliver change.  Andy brings experience in target operating model development, business process design, supply chain design and execution, IT strategy, sourcing and systems selection and transforming the IT function across a number of sectors including vertically integrated brands with a mix of retail and wholesale models. Andy brings cross industry experience including pharma,  consumer healthcare,  and retail.
