How has COVID-19 changed your role and the demands on your team?

A huge workload increase due to the peak in demand. 2021 is following the same trend so far.

Do you think it's possible that this crisis has indirectly sparked any positive change in the industry?

Healthcare capacity was and is still increased across the world. The way new drugs are developed has taken a turn with COVID-19, and it is showing us the path for the future in this regard.
