Experienced in the pharma industry since 2007, she was first employed by the Novartis group and recently joined Ferring Pharmaceuticals as a senior project manager in the Supply Chain Excellence team. 

Passionate about Supply Chain, Cécilia is known to achieve challenging goals in short periods of time thanks to her expertise but also team collaboration, hands on behavior and  a high sense of integrity and values. In addition to experience of strategy development he has successfully led numerous cross-functional implementation and change programmes at local, regional and global level to drive growth and profitability. Since 2013, he has worked extensively on building cross-functional collaboration and partnership across Commercial, Finance and Supply Chain functions. He is currently Vice-President, Core Commercial Cycle for GlaxoSmithKline where he has been responsible for the successful global deployment of S&OP across its £24 billion global business.

In addition, Jan is accountable for the Global Demand Consolidation processes and related analytics for the entire portfolio of BMS. He also has close interaction and collaboration with functions across Global Manufacturing and Supply Chain like Supply Network Planning and Inventory Management. He also worked for more than 7 years for Mars Inc. as a Supply Chain Change Manager, implementing a new forecasting approach called Differentiated Demand Planning and 5 years for Philips Semiconductors as a tactical marketing manager responsible for the implementation of the successful Bluetooth product line. Overall, Jan has more than 15 years of expertise within Demand and Supply Planning areas, with his key goal being to add value to an end2end business process with a strong focus on lean thinking as an integrated part of the entire pipeline, for internal as well as external partners.

He joined Novartis through ChemOps Ringaskiddy in 1993 and has successfully held a variety of roles in Ireland, Basel and the UK, including involvement in the launch of Glivec in 2002, Managing Director of ChemOps Grimsby Ltd before returning to Basel in 2010 as Head of ChemOps Switzerland. A graduate of University College Cork, Jerh holds a degree in Chemistry, a doctorate in Organic Synthesis and was a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Cancer Research Institute at Arizona State University, USA.

He is a Fellow of the Chartered Quality Institute and has worked on a cross industry initiative with the Pharmaceutical Quality Group and the European Compliance Academy to publish chapter 3, Premises and Equipment, of the ECA/ PQG GDP guidelines.

Werner Döring has been active in the field of cold chain shipping and transportation for more than 16 years, holding various positions and leading teams at Lufthansa Cargo, Swiss International Air Lines, Envirotainer and Baxter.

Title of PhD was granted to him at the Business Administration Programme of Okan University Institute of Social Sciences in 2014 with the specialization on management and thesis about supply chain management. He has started his career as research and teaching assistant at ITU Chemical Engineering Department and he sustains his career in the pharmaceutical sector since seventeen years. Currently he is working for UCB Pharma as Senior Supply Chain Manager and the CMC (Chemistry, Manufacturing and Control – Technical operations starting from API production) Representative for Turkey and MENA Region. He speaks German, English and French. His professional and academic areas of study consist of supply chain management, logistics, purchasing management, operations management, strategic management, management and organizations, and sports management. Dr. Göllü has participated in the events like Logipharma 2016, CPhI Istanbul 2016, and Economy and Logistics Summit as keynote speaker and panelist.

He became General Manager of the Black&Decker EDC before starting off his own company in 2002, specialized in supply chain interim management. 

The 10 years thought him what supply chain in Healthcare is all about. He worked on extended projects for DHL, Johnson&Johnson, Baxter (Fenwal) and ultimately for MSD. 

Bert now is employed as EMEA Supply Chain Manager at Terumo since 2013, with responsibility over inventory planning, warehousing, transport and customer service.

Christian has worked for over 20 years in the Healthcare industry. Early 1990, he played an instrumental role in the establishment of narcotic control, by using the GS1 system in Switzerland. In parallel, as from 1995 elements of the GS1 System were deployed for improving accuracy and efficiency of information about the healthcare supply chain, by reducing administrative costs. Later the TARMED national claim programme leveraged the same GS1 identification keys. Christian works for GS1 Switzerland and other GS1 organisations since 2003, focusing on interoperability for IT standards in the healthcare industry. He currently represents GS1 in organisations such as ISO TC 215 (Health Informatics; since 2012, he chairs the Working Group 6 “Pharmacy” in this Technical Committee), CEN TC 251, HL7 and ICCBBA (transfusion and transplantation). In his role of ISO TC 215 / WG 6 Convenor, Christian is involved in development of IDMP standards and implementation guides. He further is part of the European H 2020 project “openMedicine”, where IDMP finds its concrete application for safer care and increased efficiencies in cross-border prescriptions/dispensations. Christian contributes to the board of the Swiss Society for Medical Informatics and was the first chairman for IHE Suisse, which included the organisation of a European Connectathon in Bern. Christian teaches Healthcare logistics for a few years at the Bern University of Applied Sciences. Christian has recently been asked to contribute to the “INTERPOL World” conference, which took place in Singapore in April 2015.

Instead of moving to Seattle and joining Microsoft Corporation at a leading position in program management, he joined the KUKA group. 

Dominik graduated with a diploma in computer science from the University of Augsburg and a MBA degree from the University of Pittsburgh. 

Besides his career, he has constantly been working as a lecturer at different Universities, within Munich Technical University (TUM), and is author of technical and scientific publications.
